ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING

Guidelines

The following guidelines are available through this site:

  • NS174A Summary Environmental Report (SER)
  • The SER is to be used for all relevant Part 5 environmental assessments under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The purpose of the SER is to identify key environmental aspects of a project and the potential environmental impacts associated with those aspects. Any controls necessary to ensure those impacts are adequately managed must be listed in the SER. The SER also identifies those projects that should be referred to Ausgrid's Environmental Services.
Prior to filling out the SER> you must:

    1. Save the SER to your local drive.
    2. Change the name of the SER.
