Some users may experience problems downloading our interactive forms due to default browser settings for managing editable PDFS. A fix for the problem commonly experienced in a Chrome browser is described below.
Description of the issue
When you click a PDF link you see a white screen and the following message:
Please wait...
If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF
viewer may not be able to display this type of document.....
To successfully download the form please take the following steps:
1. Right click your mouse on the link of the PDF you want to download and select 'Save Link as'
2. Save to your local folder and then open the PDF from there.
You may find that the document will open successfully in another browser, such as Internet Explorer.
